I will be applying from Canada on my mother's behalf. My mother will be in Bangladesh. Could you tell me if there's any status change in your situation?

No change in my situation. I might try submitting a travel exemption form soon https://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Crisis without re-submitting her original application.

so, i have been reading this over and over again, how do you tell them that you qualify for a covid 19 exemption??

If you applied before September 7, 2021, and you already told us that you qualify for a COVID-19 exemption

• You do not need to submit a new application.
• We’ll process the application you submitted before September 7, 2021.
  • It doesn’t matter if you applied via the IRCC Portal, via your IRCC secure account or on paper.

I also did not re-submit application as this does not seem to apply for supervisa applications. Probably will send IRCC a webform with a digital vaccination certificate with proof of vaccination of canadian approved vaccines to see if that would expedite the process

any update?? i m also waiting for my parents application via gckey- upfront medical done and biometrics done

Hello everyone I applied for Super Visa in Mar 2021 from India and Biometrics done April 2021 from Nepal. No updates yet and cant get hold of IRCC, anyone have any suggestions on what to do? Or just couninue to wait. Doesnt look like they wants super visa applications resubmitted like visitors visa

The exemption for appears for external family members, however, someone applied for their mother and got PPR. See the post here.

I didn't write anything yet. I am thinking of writing that she is eligible, attaching proof of vaccine, my PR card, drivers license, passport and birth certificate and her passport.

I just submitted it, lets see what happens. My mum completed her biometrics on Aug 16 it shows as enrolled on the application but it has not been linked yet. Do we send a webform for that? I have tried contacting via webform several times but no reply from Delhi and Bangalore office sends general email.

just mentioned date applied, date medicals, date biometrics and that it is still not linked and date of last dose of vaccine. I attached vaccine proof and my cad citizenship cert and birth certificate.

Just submitted my mother’s webform. Hoping for some reply in 14 business days.
