But if your 17 years old thats just been done with high school and have managed to be accepted into a chart-topper 4 year school in canada and have 3-4 years of freelance work experience, youd have pretty good likelihood of being granted a study permit.

PPR is sent by IRCC visa office where your application is being processed at which for you if you lodged from egypt is cairo.
VFS is a medium not a visa office. You received BVL from the IRCC visa office on friday because the office works with canadian working pattern which is monday to friday.
Hello guys, if I got the ppr and I want to defer my course then what will happen ? If i send the new acceptance letter in a webform do I have to wait for them to response or I already got the ppr and don’t need to wait?
