Hello! Can my canadian citizen (born&rased) stepfather married with my mother (Chilean, not canadian citizen yet) sponssored me? I’m 41 years old, Chilean, Bachellor degree, married (my wife also Bachellor degree) two daughters (3 and 6 years)

Also a canadian friend will send me a job offer by the Canada Employer Portal for his company with Temporary Residence for one year in the beggining with the final idea to apply to PR
My country Chile has Free Trade Agreement with Canada CCFTA

No, they can't sponsor you. You'll need to qualify for economic immigration.
