Just got my ECAS access back, no address and only 2 lines. Probably restoring other information shortly. My BG check started last Friday but I don't think there is a relation.

Yup, I just got ECAS access back this morning. I used to have 5 lines, now I have 2.

It seems they are reviewing applications (the ones that lost ECAS access) one-by-one and after they are done, we get ECAS access back... That is all I can surmise.
