Status removed from ECAS

I used UCI# and it didn't work

I think those who are able to access are using the UCI number used in a past application. I don´t think anyone only with the EE number is able to login, can someone confirm that ?

not really the case...I had my UCI number from when I first applied for a study permit. I'm unable to access either. I know others in this situation as well. It's affecting pretty much anyone.

Got back access to ECAS, but this time it mentions only 2 lines:

Date on which app was received by CIC
&
Date on which they started processing the application.

The medicals passed has disappeared.

Any one with a similar experience??

Yes.. My medical was gone, too.. for about a week, and it came back today. So just wait and see.. it will come back.. ;-)

I used to have 3 lines: application date, aor date and date that they started processing my case
Now I have 3 lines, however as follows: application date, date they started processing and the request of add information, which I was able to see and upload through mycic

Yup the same, I had 4 lines on ecas now just 2 when I submitted the application and when they started processing.

I am not able to see my application status using any of the details I have (application number, UCI and receipt number). My guess is that ECAS is being phased out for EE applicants. I've seen the link to MyCIC given in different sources from CIC to check the application status.
Nowhere during my EE process do I remember receiving information about ECAS and what it was. We found out about it because of this forum and other sources. So I don't think we will get our ECAS access back, and even if we did, the information would not be very helpful.

In fact, if you read through this thread, most of the people are in the same boat.
