Has anybody got any experience about the action the call agents could take after a processing time is over? Does their action/note or whatever it is they do actually help? and how long would the turnaround be after they send the note?

The PR cards tend to be processed separately. You may receive yours later, or may be asked to provide new photos.

Mine has been 100 days since my photos were received and I have not received my card yet. It does not follow any order as Joolery pointed out. My only advice is do not book or plan a trip until you know you have your card.

Anywhere from 1-3 weeks to 3 months and counting (myself) have been reported by users. Be sure to use a trackable mailing service and double check the pictures with CIC's template. Do not trust the photographer wholeheartedly.

Regular mail is still quite reliable. In my case, it took them 2 months after my photos were shipped to CIC to update my file and acknowledge the receipt.

Mine has been in production since June 29. Yours will hopefully be faster.

1- It all depends on the country of origin, the destination, and the rules set by the country you would be having your connecting flight in. You should check the transit visa requirements of that country. 2- You would need to apply for PR TD in India.

I do not think CIC would ask for one-time photo resubmission twice. And yes, there is a 'possibility' that photos be misplaced by the postal service. Did you send your photos by registered mail?

This cannot be correct. The PR card processing centre is in Sydney, NS. The Ottawa office is only responsible for PR Visa's. Yet another BS given by a call agent.
