IS that PG diploma from Canada? Or is your ECA- shows PG diploma? Do u have ECA for bachelors? - ECA- shows its a bachelor degree? Then YES you can select 2 or more... :)

Yeah.. He clearly says, international students are the ones who stayed here and knows English, Canada and Canadian Culture well other than Foreign workers, And Canada wants people like that. So Government is looking to make changes in EE system for International students.

Recent speech from Mr. John McCallum, says they are working on the current EE system to make changes to give preference to International students.

Yes Bellaluna is right.. You can present the CoPR. You can travel to US with no issues.

No 3 days is not enough. Your temp visa will be cancelled as soon as you get your CoPR. Another option if you have US visa; come back to US if you have anyone here in Canada to pick you up from US by a car. Or you can travel once you get your CoPR before landing if you have the Temp Visa...
