I didn't see the score changing on CIC (that's not what you asked for) for a female as compare to a male. And I didn't see any female OINP applicant being rejected after getting AOR, for such reason. Canada government does not discriminate people on gender.

Express Entry process is fair and there is no discrimination on any grounds. If you meet the requirement, then you are as good as any other applicant. All the best!

Canada - generally - is one of the best places in the world in treating .... humans ....
no discrimination is tolerated here.

The only disadvantage I got was that when I showed up for the medicals in my home country, it was assumed that I was a spouse of a PR applicant working abroad, just because I showed up as a solo female. : I shoved my OINP nomination certificate for skilled worker in their faces.
