Yes, overall @Bhadana007 has a timeline which is quite challenging. Worth noting that given these factors, it MIGHT be better to get married in India, I just don't know how long the stages and getting docs are there. Getting married in Canada has certain advantages but for those on a tight timeline, it may not be the case (depends on other country and administration there).

So, would getting married in India be the best option for us? She received her marriage certificate 20 days after her first marriage.

Might as well .. it takes longer here to receive the certificate .. very long

Guys, I got my AOR before marriage and now I am married (outside Canada) and I added my wife as my dependent in my ongoing PR file. my PR file is in process under PNP Non-Express Entry,

so for my wife, who is living in India (and does not have any Canadian temporary status ) am I eligible to apply for her Open Work Permit (outside Canada), or Visitor Visa????

so she can join me in Canada as soon as possible because the Non-Express Entry processing time is 13 months, and it's too much.

Any help appreciated
thank you
