Hi
I will appreciate any advice/suggestion in my spouse sponsorship case.

Case:
I am a Permanent Resident of Canada and my my fiance is in Canada as well on Work Permit, we both have 18 years of education including Masters in Engineering Degree. I would like to file sponsorship case for my spouse from within Canada.
We are getting married (civil/court marriage) in November this year and want to file the case the same month. I would like to know what documents/proof would be required to file spnsorship case for my spouse.

My fiance Work Permit is expiring next year May, I know my spouse sponsorship case will not be completed by that time so how would she maintain her legal stay in Canada?
I am also sponsoring my family (parents & siblings) at the same time, do both application affect each other time wise?
What should be my income to show to sponsor my spouse and parents and siblings (total 8 including myself)?
Can I sponsor my Parents & siblings on 2010 income and spouse on 2011 income (last 12 months)?
What is the time line for spouse case from Buffalo Station?

Thank you very much.

To remain in Canada then she must either have a valid work permit or visitor visa I am not too sure about extending stay on a work visa without being actually employed

For proofs you need to proof that you are genuine this is done thru phonecalls, pics, trips, combining finances, naming of wills, there are lots more

timeline for buffalo is 11 mths

To sponsor spouse you do not need to meet a minimum income however once you have a spouse the LICO you need to meet will be better so maybe it would be best if you wait until your spouse gets PR and combine income in order to show that you can support your wife and your parents and sisters

The applications won't affect BUT once you have a spouse you need higher LICO
