Your timeline is still good through being at 12 months. It is not a guarantee that 100% of applications will be processed at or before 12 months. Have you linked your application on GCkey to see what stage you are currently in? I wouldn't panic yet

Yes I even mail to CIC they said ur case is still in row, they said u have to wait more but I m upset bcz whole year has passed

Did they give any reason? Have you passed the eligibility? What's the status for background check? Were you requested any additional documents?

My husband is in canada and I am from pakistan,I fulfill all criteria even they didn't ask for any additional documents..they email that u have to wait more
