I am a PR holder living outside Canada. Firstly can I sponsor my spouse without living in Canada or how long do I need to live in Canada to be eligible to apply for my spouse. Also is there any rules that I need to be married for specific no of days to apply. Moreover how long does it takes for the spouse sponsorship application to be processed.

It is obligatory to stay in Canada.You can visit your wife just for vacation.
The proccesing times depends of the Visa Office.

Takes around a year to sponsor your spouse. You also have to be currently meeting your RO. Not sure how long you have been living outside Canada.
