A return prepaid envelope of a courier company which would be used to return back your PP ( or docs ) from the Embassy.

Guys, I am the sponsor and I am a Canadian citizen living in Kuwait. We sent in our application in which I sponsored my wife. I recently renewed my Canadian passport at the Canadian Embassy/Consulate in Kuwait. Do I have to notify CIC of this change? I sent in a copy of my old passport when we first applied.

You have to send your PP through Aramex only and they will provide the AWB which you will need to fill in with your address to receive the PP back.

Hey I too renewed my passport like a few months ago from Riyadh . I didn't notify them, but my passport wasn't expired I renewed it before expiry.

My status on Ecas changed to 'In Process' saying they started processing the application on Oct 19, 2014.

What if after applying someone changes his country of residence, but visa office is still the same

If I apply from Kuwait but after few months my employer transferred me to Bahrain permanently, but visa office is still Abu Dhabi.

Will they reject my application ? :/

You need to inform Abu Dhabi Visa Office of any change in mailing address, employment, etc. as this would obviously mean a change in contact details, etc. This is mandatory as they may refuse your application.

I didn't until now because of this confusion. As my employer will transfer me around March-2015 .

So I should wait until March and apply from Bahrain. Or apply now from Kuwait and later inform Visa office about the changes. & its an Outland sponsorship from overseas (my sponsor is living with me)
