my husband did his medicals in june2013 and it is already expired now
so i think they will send a re-do request or maybe im really hopeing they will extend it to another year.

also Muhammad Azaan, it should not be a problem for 1 day over, they will give you upto 3 days extra maximum.
because the lawyer told me they give a grace period of max 3 days over. also coz u sent the docs 7 days prior.

Asba, i think for a new first time pr card is upto 90 days , 3 months max
but for a lost pr card is 6 months wait for sure.

Guys, I am just in the process of completing the application package .. I am confused about something.
There are two Document Checklist .. One is with the forms and the other one is in the Instruction Guided specific for your country. Am I submitting both the Document Checklist? Also there are two residency questionnaire in the Middle East one. One says CHC Islamabad and other one says Abu Dhabi residents. Now my husband is a Pakistani national but residing in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. Now which one am I supposed to use? Please help me out! Anyone in the similar situation please help me!

I was requested to send my passport and 2 photos within 30 days, and have to show up in Canada by Feb 2015.

I am both excited and scared because I clearly was not expecting it to go through so quick, but Alhumdulillah.

Will send out the required by Monday, I still needed clearance from work to send my passport.

Question About IMM 5669 - Schedule A Background/ Declaration

I have a question about Question Number 8 where it asks to provide Personal History. Now my husband has been travelling to countries such as Dubai and England for business meetings and stuff. Do I have to mention that as well. Also, his company name changed due to amendment in the service structure and re branding. Do I mention that. Also, his current Iqama is until March 2015. So shall i mention his residency until them or something else?

Please help me out! I am pregnant and due any time soon lol so want to get this application out of the way before the baby arrives here .. lol

Hi mccague,
Yes you should mention even one day trips and every piece of information. And. Attach an extra sheet of paper and mention. The question # as well. If you miss any. Information intentionally or unintentionally it is considered as misrepresentation.
Also on the iqama, mention the start date to "present".
All d best with the baby. Also include papers of ur pregnancy as it willl make the application stronger.

Hi mccague,
Regarding ur previous post on page 187, if ur husband is residing in the Saudi for more than 1 year, he should follow the doc checklist for Saudi only. Regarding the. Residency questionnaire, it should also be for Saudi "if he is a resident in Saudi for more than 1 yr".
Avoid sending the residency questionnaire, advo will send you one only if they require it..

Thank you lonelywife ! Should be mentioning thw tris he took in Saudi Arabia like from Riyadh to Jeddah for Umrah or business meetings? As there are no stamps on his passport for that. He travels on Iqama and has taken many road trips there as well. Is it only the international visits that matter.

i cant seem to find only the Saudi list. And i was always confused about residency questionnaire as it asks where has your spouse resided since thw application been submitted !! Now we havent submitted the application so I had no idea what to put in there.

Can someone help me with the Document Checklist as well please. There is one in the country specific Instruction Guide as well!Are we submitting that as well?

Abu Dhabi residents - how did yiu get the police clearance request letter from Abu Dhabi embassy? Do they entertain walk ins? My husband has to get one to get his PCC from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He has emailed them about 2 weeks ago and hasnt recwived reply, he has many relatives in Abu Dhabi. Can someone just go on his behalf and get it from Abu Dhabi embassy? It is taking so long and his PCC from England will be expirinf in a month and a half too. Any suggestions?

Any one knows how ADVO notify or return processed passport after PPR submission of passports? do they notify by email that passport has been couriered back or the courier company contacts you? Its been 12 days since we submitted passport for visa issuance but haven't heard back.
