ecas changed to Decision Made today.

aamai, the emeail was sent to me - the applicant - only. I forwarded a copy to my husband so there's another copy in case I accidentally delete it.

THEY ARE ALWAYS POSATIVE AND THEREFORE THEY DECEISDE BASED ON THE DOCUEMTNS AVAILALBE WITH THEM WHICH HELP THEM TO DECIDE POSATIVELY.

WOW! I'm very happy for you...but I have to admit, I find it strange that they would already issue you PPR (you have decision made?) when there are other people who applied before you. Maybe your application just go to the VO very quickly? Are you in a war zone country? Is there some special circumstance? Did I miss something obvious?

Anyways, the more people that get processed quickly the better....congratulations!

No ... it's a normal application , ecas not updated about decision they just requested me to submit passport! And will be returned within 10 working days

maybe some kind of error on ecas u follow your request and submit your passport along with Passport request 2 pics and residency fees proof.

ecas doesn't always update so soon. I got the email but still said In Process until the Tuesday, when it changed.

I would follow the email rather than ecas. Congratulations
