Dear Taddy,
WE ARE READY TO ISSUE YOUR VISA(S).
We are ready to issue the visa that entitles you to
enter Canada. We need to affix the visa
counterfoil in your passport and in the passports
of your family members who are included in
your application, if applicable.
We have enclosed the following
instructions/information. You must read them
carefully.
1-Submission and return of passport(s)
2-Required Documents
3-Relevant Information
4-Helpful Tips
Annex A – Photograph Specifications
Follow all of the instructions and submit the
required documents within 30 days from the
date of this letter.

And so on (it's 8 pages long)

after submitting required documents how many days it will take to issue passport as i got the same mail just now ??

do we need to submit police certificate which they mentioned in the relevant information but not marked in the required must documents??

Page 4 has the documents they require you to send. You only need to send in the documents with black squares, so in my case just passports and passport photos. Be sure to send that page in too as it has your file details on it.


My page 3 says this:
PROCESSING TIMES
Your application will be finalized within 10 working days from the date your passport(s) and all the
required documents are received.
Please allow an additional 1-3 days for the return of your passport(s) by courier, if applicable

3. Right of permanent residency fee--- which i already sent along with my application , do i need to send them only the copy of receipt ??
