In the Generic Application Form IMM0008, in the National Identity Document section, which ID do we state: Emirates ID or ID issued from our country of origin?
Some info about me:
Applicant: me
Country of origin: Lebanon
Sponsor: my husband who is a Canadian Citizen
Have both Lebanese National ID and Emirates ID

Hi,

Finally after a long wait got my passport back with visa attached. I was not able to go embassy today, luckily i checked my tracking number and have them sent it to me.
I want to thank all of you, this forum helps us a lot.i know it is stressful to wait be patience and all will be ok. Will pray for the rest of the member to be with their love ones soon.
I sunmitted my passport on sept 8 and embassy received iton 9th

i have a confusion/question regarding COPR. there are 02 copies of COPR along with passport. 01 is cic copy and 02nd is client copy. my pic is pasted only on cic copy. is this fine or there should be pic pasted on client copy as well?

I was just thinking...My husband and I both put the same mailing address (my sister in Canada) because we didn't want anything to get lost in the mail during this process. He's in Dubai. He doesn't have a personal mailing address there (usually uses his employer if he needs something mailed). I've been visiting him there as well...so my sister is my mailing address too.

I'm wondering, should we be trying to find a mailing address where he lives? Will they mail anything that we will need to access?

We have been getting information (AOR1, SA) via email up to this point and ECAS is updated under applicant to "received, began processing on, medical results received"
