hi, I have my work permit till May , 2016. My spouse is also on Post graduate work permit, hers end on October 2015 (3 years permit).

1. Can she apply for a new permit or should she apply for extension?

2. Is she eligible to apply and get the permit till May 2016 of next year as mine?

3. If we get a AOR from cic ( we are waiting for PNP , once we get it ) Can we apply for my permit and her permit extension referencing our PR process ( she is a secondary applicant and i am primary.

Waiting for some good news but worried at the same time why they are taking so long to process my application.

I am working in canada NOC level A. I prepared all documents myself but only problem is my husband got 3 rejections already so i m bit worried.

dont worry about 3 rejections even i have 3 rejections. did u get CAIPS NOTES for the last rejection. this will give u an exact reason of u r rejection.

Yea i applied after reviewing my GCMS notes. I applied through lawyer last year and he mentioned in affidavit that applicant is looking for "Dual Intent".

So stupid i paid 2500$ application fees and he messed up with the application. It was clearly stated in the notes that applicant is not eligible for "Dual Intent".

So i did a lot of study and research and this time i decided to apply myself without any consultanct and i m very confident that all required documents are there.

I showed 11000$ from canada and same amount from indian.

ok . my lawyer ask me dont show more money in india. so i put only 2 lakh fixed deposit which was there for the last 7 months as fixed. old dated fixed deposits are better than one which is opened for the visa purposes only. at the time u applied before u were working as skilled job? is your spouse worrking in india? did u submittd IT returns,pay slip, etc of both of u? did u submitted CA report( which is actually not needed)

PGWP and my passport.
My spouse is a business man So income tax returns.
CA report.
Funds statement from india.
Photographs of my recent trip to india.
Affidavits stating purpose of application.
Marriage Certificate.
copy of joint bank account in india.
Phone conversation details.

Hii,dear all members,i hav got rejection 2 tym,first tym i applied as a visitor,and now i applied open work permit,but visa officer denied my application with this reason...i am not satisfied that your spouse is employed in a position NOC level job A O or B level, but she is working as a administrative assistant position B level job and even i upload everything job description,duties,salary slip and job letter,but i dont know why he has denied,which factors he has seen...this all things out of mind,what should we have to do now? When can i reapply,and which docs should again resubmit...?

i apply for my wife online to cic in Rabat for a open work permit in 4th may 2015 we receive an email for medical at 22 may 2015
medical done at 27 may 2015
medical passed 29 may 2015
till now there is no update no email no news
if anyone have some situation and he got a news or email or a call for interview or visa issued
can please share the informations
