Applied online directly to CIC without Medicals on April 19 under Open Work Permit For Spouse of a Skilled Worker Category

I have applied for my open work permit on April 23 as my husband is graduate international student at Univeristy of saskatchewan , at VFS Chandigarh, without medical. Still waiting for feedback...
Is there anyone who got reply from vfs Chandigarh?

hi chandigarh vfs processing time is 4 months don't worry .. I am also waiting for my husband visa he applied 2 March

Hello,
I have recently started my job in the NOC B and looking to apply for a Spouse Work Permit for my wife soon. I have a contract job (no time-line specified, it is paid by the hour) does that reduce my chances to acquire a work permit for my wife since it is not a permanent job?

Any answers would be appreciated.

I have also applied for SOWP from Pakistan and its almost 4 months but there is no any reply yet. I heard its 6 months process from Pakistan so fingure crossed and good luck hope we ll get reply soon. I send email to Islamabad embassy they just replied me and told that your application is under review. So waiting....
