i have 3 previous rejections on my wife is on study permit and PGworkpermit occations ( not a skilled job at that time, now on a skilled temperory full time job )
My time line is
Application submitted - april 27
Got medical- june 2

You said your application is approved why you need to do the medicals again.

I am on PGWP with with skilled job. I want to apply for SOWP. He is an Indian citizen however staying in UAE from last 2years.
My questions are:
1. Can I apply online for his sowp within Canada? If yes how long does it takes
2. Or If we have to apply from outside Canada, how can he apply? From UAE or India?
3. What is the processing time for SOWP applied outside Canada?

Applied SOWP on 6 April (Online application).

Waiting for some good news but worried at the same time why they are taking so long to process my application.

i read most of the cases got medical request within a month
