Spouse Open Work Permit - Online Application - Approved (Timeline)

Even i applied SOWP on 22 May online through my lawyer. No response till now. I have seen people getting responses in 35 40 days.

Although we are still waiting for Passport stamping request.

I am assuming for people who have not submitted medical up front they get response in a month or 40 days for medical.

Application Type: Online in Canada (while spouse in India)
Medical: Upfront, attached during application submission
Submitted On: May 16, 2015
Passport Request from CIC: July 08, 2015
Passport Submitted @ VFS: July 09, 2015
Passport Received from VFS: Waiting , it is showing dispatched
