Yes.. mas OK ang GCMS kaysa CAIPS.. In my case, the copies I received from a third party (caipsretriver.com) is soft copy na naka PDF... hindi actual na papel... Actually, pinadala ng CIC yung GCMS notes as hardcopies..but caipsretriever.com scanned the hardcopies and converted it to PDF. I received the softcopy of GCMS notes after 4 weeks or a month.

So someone called me back regarding my CAIPS/GCMS inquiry. Pretty straight forward ang form but still she told me how to fill it out. Sabi nya I can check both CAIPS and GCMS. Sabi nya there is really no difference between those two. Instead of paper copy I can ask for email response instead to save deliver days. Wala naman daw 25pages so pwede email. No need to send passport ng applicant sa Phils kundi yung 2forms lng. Someone here told me kc na magsend ng photocopy ng passport ni hubby. And yes, after mareceive mo na CAIPS/GCMS kung ano lng status at update ng file mo ng time na iretrieve nila file mo yun lng isesend nila sa iyo. Meaning it's not like Ecas na pwede mo irevisit to check updates.

Mas madaling intindihin yung GCMS kaysa CAIPS since kung anung sinulat ng VO na assessment makikita mo.

Its better to ask a scanned copy in PDF format of GCMS notes. Mas mabilis. In my case, 21 pages lahat yun.

Yes, No need. 2 forms (IMM5476E & IMM5563B) and payment lang need to submit. .

Yes, kung anu yung latest update nung ni-retrieve nila.. yun lang makikita sa GCMS.

mga sis tanong lang po..kapag nagrequest ba tayo nitong gcms or caips makakaapekto po ba sa bilis ng processing ng papers natin?? kasi parang same thing with making follow ups sa email, sa phone, lahat nirerecord nila diba..some would say mas tumatagal kapag follow up ng follow up..and bka daw annoying for VO..is this true??

im just wondering lang, nakaindicate sa mga letters natin pag may concern, questions etc tumawag sa indicated number or magemail etc..bakit naman nila diba patatagalin lalo ang pag process, parang wala atang katuturan to..what can u say mga sis.. ???...

NO, it will not delay the processing. In fact, it will help speed up the processing of the application if you happen to find out through CAIPS or GCMS that you have a problem (e.i. missing document or request from CIC/CEM that you did not receive) and resolve it earlier.

Ndi nmn mas maganda nga na malaman mo wat happening sa aplication mo kesa maghintay kp sa matured period to folow up atleast sa gcms mkikita mo n wat p b kulang,sa opinion q lng kaya nmn cguro nilagay n ang magfollow up nakadelay pr nmn ndi basta-basta tumawag
Mga aplicants kc sa daming aplicants all over the world eh for sure everytime ang kanilang phone eh nagriring just for inquirey.

hi sis.. i was able to talk to a VO ( acquaintance lng) .. kinapalan ko na ang mukha kong banggitin ang application ko nung nagka-chance ako makausap sya, hoping na baka sa kanya matapat, she might be able to do something about speeding the process.. they find follow ups annoying nga sis.. she even asked me to check on the processing times. lol. sabi ko baka kilala nya makakahawak.. thinking baka makalusot. hindi daw pwede! quite straightforward.. but i understand it is their protocol. yun lang.

9am ang flyt ko sis, anu flyt hubby mo! buti dumating na visa nya, ang saya naman... nakaattend na ko ng pdos, no need to attend the COA i't not mandatory naman, un PDOS lang ang dapat puntahan. Japan Airlines din hubby mo db? wat tym flyt nya?

Hi po, just wanted to ask kasi sa timeline nyo po nag request sila sa inyo ng mga original copy, kasi sa akin ganun din po, sa second letter nila sa akin they request also all original document.tanong ko lang kung binalik po ba nila ang mga original document na pinadala mo pati na photos nung binalik na nila passport mo with visa? Ako kasi still waiting din mag dadalawang buwan na rin mula ng pinadala ko ang last request nila.I'm happy for you at last makasama mo na family mo....

Guys tanong lang po...After ba na marecieve ng wife ko ang kanyang visa (spousal) merun pa ba syang kailangan like PDOS???Let me know please...

Tanong lang po, yun po bang appendix A each member of the family kailangan my copy even if mga bata, like for example my husband and my 2 kids, need pa po bang igawa ng separate copies yung 2 bata ng hubby ko..so bale 3 ang isasubmit nilang appendix a?

thanks for sharing your thoughts bout my concern, sis raniloc, prettyboy and andeng...requesting for these notes isnt doing follow ups, so i guess we are safe with that...
