HELLO tryziene .. i tried to open my ecas even its just 1 week since i submitted my application... i used the receipt number of my husband.. but i did not see yet the result.. btw does it affect delay to our application if im too early to check it....

just submit my application last month and now as I review my papers I failed to submit a ADVISORY ON MARRIAGE , want to ask if do they still process my application? nagfocus kasi kami sa CENOMAR and since married na kami we thought na di na kailangan yun, and then nabasa ko sa ibang forum na yung AOM pala yung isusubmit pagmarried na . my hubby already paid for all the fees just want to know if it will have a big effect on our application?

Hi Shekou! We did the same. I thought na hindi na rin kailangan ang cenomar since we have our marriage cert na. And as I read the instructions and the forum, kailangan pala. We submitted our application on June 22 and got our sponsorship approval last Aug 10. I received the PPR just last monday and together with my passport and the appendix A, I am being asked to submit the advisory on marriage. Another mistake that I committed was that I did not secure the advisory on marriage ahead of time so I have to wait until next week before I could submit my passport to CEM. It wont affect the approval of your hubby's sponsorship. But once you got approved, I think its best that you secure that document ahead of time so by the time you get your PPR and CEM asks for your advisory on marriage, you have it with you na. Super nanghihinayang kami sa 1 week na masasayang because of not being prepared with that document, to think that its within our control. But its ok, we'll be more patient and we'll continue praying. Lesson learned though. God bless!

Hi!

Based on my experience, I wasn't able to access E-CAS up until we got approval on the sponsorship.
I suggest you sign-up on E-CAS tracker so you won't have to check every time.

From what I know, you can access E-CAS without worrying delays for your application.
But according to those who got CAIPS or application notes, when you email the embassy,
they put it on record.

Wait lang tayo This too shall pass.

Sis, yung sa kin kasi, based dun sa AOR/PPR ko, they started processing daw August 15.
August 16 yung date ng passport request ko.

So tingin ko lang, In-process status starts when they actually starts reviewing your file and
sending you additional requirements (if any).

In my case, they started processing my application even without my passport, accdg to my e-cas they started processing my PR appliciton on aug 16, got my PPR aug 26...

Yah wait lng tau darating din yan un iba nga taon na nahintay p nila ala p nmn 6months eh.kung bibilangin mo tlga kc un days.

Hay.. nakakainggit naman sa kayo. Sponsor ko kasi yung girlfriend ko as common-law partner, at sana maka hingi din ako ng feedback sa mga nakaalis sa ganitong category. Last November 2010, application received ang status niya sa Ecas. Pinasa na niya lahat ng requirements plus passport and medical. Last na commu sa amin ng CEB last feb 2011 asking for additional documents na magsesettle na kami sa Canada for good. Matagal kasi ako nag stay sa Pilipinas so kung tutuusin sabay sana kami aalis. Kaso September na, grabe na yung tagal at medyo nakaka frustrate na. Iniisip ko na sana mauna para makapag prepare para pang Xmas kaso baka pag alis ko naman ay sakto maapprove siya. Sana hindi magulo yung post. :'(
