The following applicants are not required to pay this fee:

dependent children of a principal applicant or sponsor, a child to be adopted, or an orphaned brother, sister, niece, nephew or grandchild; and
protected persons, including Convention refugees.

Hi rani nag-check ako nung application ko na Sechedule 1 - Background pareho tayo nalagay ko NO...I've been denied for Immigrant application mga year 2000 di ko na naalala yun...pero I mentioned it sa personal history ko but not too much detailed...sana wala maging problem...siguro naman deleted na yung record ko sa embassy kasi 1998 o 1999 ata ako nag-apply nun at nainterview ako ng 2000...binalik na din sa akin lahat docs ko...

Naku sis! it seems pareho tayo ng case... im just wandering baka ito yung nag papatagal sa application natin... Sana di naman... Sana na nakuha na ng CEM yung letter of explanation ko about doon sa TRV.. hinulog lang namin sa drop box kahapon.... Araw-araw kayang kinukuha nila yung documents na nasa drop-box?

Sa akin binalik din sa akin yung mga docs ko na ginamit sa TRV pero kinuha nila yung mga IMM forms..

@ Nats.. In your case you did the right move... In our case kasi,, na overlooked ko ito and put NO..I just hope the explanation letter that we provided to CEM yesterday would clear this out.

Sis Regtag.. saw this information from another thread.. thought it might provide a little insights on TRV previous application.

"Are you sure? The reason I wonder is because my husband's CAIPS notes and FOSS notes include page after page related to his two (failed) TRV applications, but actually almost everything is copies of the same very basic info about these applications. There is no actual copy of the forms he filled out, of the invitation letters I sent, or of the other proof he submitted. It seems the visa officers took some of the info from the forms and entered it on the computer; the other information is not there. There is no way to tell from the CAIPS and FOSS notes that he wanted to come to Canada in 2003 and in 2007 to visit me, for example, whereas if they had all the info he submitted that would have been obvious.

The visa officer who conducted his interview was astounded when he showed her the copy of his 2003 TRV application he had kept and which has me listed as the person he was going to visit. The VO had clearly never seen it before. She shrieked, "Why didn't you include this in your application?" and went running from the room with it, presumably to show her superior.

All the above makes me think that the government is only keeping what it considers the essential details of TRV applications. So if you order your CAIPS and FOSS notes, and something isn't there, it means the government doesn't know about it. Are you saying the government does in fact have copies of all documents ever submitted on computer and does not release this info with the CAIPS and FOSS notes?

I wouldn't advise anyone to lie on their PR application, but if there are some minor discrepencies with previous TRV applications, discrepencies which are not noted on the CAIPS and FOSS notes, are applicants safe in just ignoring this? Or should they offer an explanation to the visa officer before it is asked for? -- Canadianwomen"

good day to everyone to those who had their visas and planning to migrate soon i would just like to share you these form B4 and B4A,,just follow the link below:

FORM B4: PERSONAL EFFECTS ACCOUNTING DOCUMENT

You must supply two copies of a list of all the things you are bringing into the country with you, and two copies of all the things you will be sending later. Form B4 and B4A, can be used for making these list. Only the items listed on the B4 and B4A forms will be allowed in tax free.

You have to fill out a B4 Personal Effects Accounting Document, where you list any goods with you and the goods that you will send later. If your goods are not listed on your original Form B4, they are not eligible for duty-free importation at a later time.
If you need more space to list your goods, you can type out your own list or fill out form B4A Personal Effects Accounting Document (list of goods imported).
Your list should state the goods and their value. Make a list of the goods that are with you and another list for those that will arrive later. It is good to have a copy each list.
You have to give these lists to the customs officer when you arrive in Canada, even if you are not bringing in anything at that time.
