Hi sis!...if you are here in the Philippines you call your application as "Application outside Canada", but part of the process is that your sponsor must submit the application kit to Case Processing Center in Mississauga, after which the application will be forwarded to Canadian Embassy Manila (CEM) for further and final processing. I hope it helps.
