yeah, hubby just informed that canadapost employees are on strike now.
at it states under Permanent Residence Application column: Application Received

We received MIGA-QUATCHI's application for permanent residence on May 20, 2011.

Thank you LORD. Mr.DHL, don't be shy to visit me in our home and hand-over the letter of hope. ;D

Hi PC25!

I hope you can update us here about your case...thanks a lot.

While reading this thread regarding PC 25's case, I have the following theories:

1. The husband of PC25 came through Canada via as a dependent of his parents application. By the computing the his age as described in PC25's story, he must have been over 22 years old (the cutoff of dependent children). Because he was declared as a FULLTIME student he was admitted as a dependent.

2. Now when the husband sponsored PC25 as spouse, they must have shown proof of relationship crossing the dates of PC25's husband's landing. Opening up an investigation/query on his admission. The assumption of having a common-law relatioship (spouse) emancipates the dependent - thus disqualifying him on his parent's application.

3. Because the husband's entry is now final and complete, the VO could not touch his case, thus, the sanctions to their spousal application. (it is sad to speculate that, the parents of the husband might have been flagged already because of this mistake).

Just a thought.

It would be nice if PC25 could update update us with the outcome, so that it could help others when dealing with the same case.

ngpass po ba kayo in advance nung other requirements like NSO advisory before yung passport nyo or sabay-sabay?

thanks sir!

thank u sir!

Nagpasa ulit ako kasabay na nung Appendix A at passport.

Hi Everyone. 3 quick questions

1. What is a cosigner? We don't have one. So we leave that blank

2. I was just wondering in the Philippines specific form it says to provide 9 photos of each family member and applicant.
Does that mean 9 photos of my partner and her dependent child or does that mean of her family such as father, mother, siblings?

3. Soon...we have no fixed address in The Philippines. She can use her parents address but it's in the village with no number etc. We're worried mail won't be reliable there. For me, it will be my address in Canada, but for her....any suggestions?

Thanks!!

Thanks =)

@boracay

1. Cosignor is only applicable when sponsoring other members of the family class.

2. Only individuals in the application needs pictures.

3. Yes you can use this as a mailing address and opt to have email as your preferred correspondence medium.
