If the case is mahirap kumuha dun ng PClearance...aware na din siguro ang CEM
Kaya yung iba di na pinapakuha...it depends din siguro sa Country.
if u still living within the country...you can request 4 a copy whether request nila o hindi at least prepare ka.
Just wait for the CEM to request...
Kung hindi naman mas maganda...hehehe
Kasi yun ang pinakamatagal...

Hindi na kailangan ipa notarized ang cover letter..parang formality lng un informing them na sinubmit mo yung hinihingi nila..ako kasi hindi ko na pinapa notarized yun dati..and ok lng nman.

hello Redtag yong cover letter na ginawa ko my printed name then siganture lang and your file number. no need mag pa notaryo
