specify mo kung anung documents ang isusubmit mo...
whether notorized or authenticated...
parang page(letter) lang ng list of documents included on ur package
sign mo na din...


about your concern about mispelled name, include mo na rin sa letter mo na nag request ka na rin na icorrect nila ang name mo based sa pp o bc mo.

Continuation of B: To renew or apply for passport at Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) certificate from Seminar B is required

To avoid delay of visa processing, make sure all fees were paid, and all documents were submited.

Additional documents usually requested by the embassy:
1. AOM (Advisory on Marriage) from NSO- different from Marriage Certificate; should be submitted at CPC-Missassauga together with other required documents at Country Specific Instructions-Philippines http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3905e.pdf
2. Divorce Petition- different from Divorce Certificate; usually requested from Filipino sponsors who are divorced based on experiences of posters in this forum. (For natural-born Canadian sponsors who are divorced, seems that they don't ask from you, but pls confirm at CEM)
3. Appendix A- or Additional Family Information; though submitted previously, they will still ask a copy; the letter usually comes with the AOR/PPR
4. Detailed statement of relationship with the EX- for sponsored person with a child from their ex. Sometimes you are required to submit: Ex's I.D, a notarized letter stating the ex allows the child to be sponsored, or other document asked by the visa officer.

Di nako nag fill up kasi hindi pa nababasa ng v.o , malamang nasa atin na yung visa.basta konting tiis nalang. While waiting, nagfinal impake na ako tapos inayos na mga maiiwang gamit.

Hi kjneo!..twice nag reply ang embassy saken,yung unang dumating is yung email dated May 16, then next na natanggap ko is yung letter na dated May 12...kaya feeling ko yung May 16 ang additional requirements..kaya kanina lng naipasa ko na sa LBC..wait mo na lng sayo malapit narin yan!...

SO if pupunta ako ng makati hindi rin ako maeentertain?? i plan to go in Makati next week.. kahit na malayo ako..kasi im getting desperate! hahaha its been 2 weeks na since DM po ako till now i havent recieve anything yet.. i already packed some of my things but i plan to put it back sa closets ko.. hahay! my hubby plan to come over sana this coming May 30 kaya lang wla pa ang visa so postpone muna... i hope Visa na tayu sis..

Today 1week since DM ako.

Medyo nairita ako sa dalawang lalaki sa information sa cem. Ayaw akong papasukin. 1.wala daw akong appointment, 2. Di daw ma entertain ng tanong kasi within processing time pa daw ako. Basta nakakairita sila kasi everytime na my sasabihin ako my rebuttal agad sila. Sabi ko, tapos na processing ko kc sabi ng eCAS DM na at kokontakin ako ng embassy. Saka sabi ko my ibang nakakuha ng tracking number sa loob ng cem after 2-3days na DM. Tapos tinanong sakin saan ko daw nalaman na DM ako. Sabi ko sa eCAS. Tapos sabi ba naman, naku mam di kayo i-entertain kasi milyong milyon po ang mga aplikante, hindi lang kayo. Parang sabi ko naman exaggerated naman po yang milyong milyon.
I don't have patience na makipagtalo. Saka naisip ko, i-wait ko nalang kasi eto na yun eh, as in zero point five of a millimeter makakalipad nako to live with my handsome hubby forever.

Based on my experience sa 3times na pabalik balik ako ng CEM, my naglalaro sa isip ko. Na kapag pumunta ka dun mag inquire, sabihin mo you need a copy of Appendix A or whatever form baka papasukin kapa. Kasi kung sasabihin mo to inquire about your status or tracking number of your visa, parang mahirap.ahahhaha. Kung anu-ano tuloy naisip ko. LOL.
