hi trizienne! "don't eat or take any fluids for 8 to 10 hours until blood is extracted for tests that require fasting." this is what it says on my medical stab..

Mine is not handwritten..i typed it though pdf

Hi trizienne...We are not told to kaya hindi naman kami ngfast. You need to drink lots of water for the urine sample para clear yung urine mo and possible take medical a week after your last period para mas safe.

YES, our application is not handwritten. I used a PDF software that can save the filled-up application then printed it later.
No problem naman since in process na papers namin.. waiting for DM or interview if they will require.

March-present: still waiting.....
