sinama ko name ng wife ko pti passport # nya which is hindi n nman yta sya included
dun dhil sya sponsor ko..pls help me kc nagugulohan ako.mka apekto ba yon sa proce-
ssing ng papers ko.napasa ko na kc knina sa embassy...

Gud day po, may aply po ako sa canada, nag mail po cla sakin na ready to issue na ang visa ko, kinasal po ako ng april 2, pinasa ko po ang marriage license namin, nag mail po uli ang embassy ipinapapasa ang requirement po ng spouse ko, kailangan ko po bang idiclare sya na as a accompanying para maisama ko o mas maganda kung e sponsor ko nalang sya. ???

Hi micah 101...nice username ...What I know those who are called for an interview are in the common law and conjugal partner sponsorship which some says it's hard to prove. With spousal sponsorship very unlikely you will be called for an interview not unless they are doubtful about the relationship. If they are not satisfied they will just ask for more proof of relationship.

hello micah101, ahm in my case nung nagsend ako ng passport,wala nmn interview. if cem is not satisfied with ur documents thats when they'll call for an interview,pero if ok naman yung application mo and ung mga documents pinadala mo,i dont think they'll have to..

PAREHO TAYO NG SITUATION.. ganyan din nagawa ko.. nag alala din ako!! buti nalang umuwi asawa ko ngayung bwan so sana umabot ang visa habang andito pa.. di ko rin alam if makaka apekto yun.. hehe!! :'( :'(

does the embassy require an interview for spousal application?do u have to personally pick up the passport and the visa.from the embassy?

IT DEPENDS, IF THE EMBASSY IS NOT SATISFIED THEY MAY ASKED FOR INTERVIEW.. BUT MOST I THING OF SPOUSAL APPLICATION THEY DONT ASK FOR AN INTERVIEW.. AND BASED ON MY READING IN THIS FORUM, PASSPORT WITH VISA WILL BE DELIVERED AT YOUR HOME ADDRESS BY DHL..
