Waaa.. So hindi maganda ang mercan pla? Pano ako mag start mag apply? Yeah, i think spousal open work permit ang aapplayan ko. Panp po ba mag simula? Mercan gave me list of documents to submit and some fees. 2-3months daw un (if walang aberya). Help!!! Thanks

ewan ko lang if dun nga din sa inyo ksi inadvis'an kmi ng nagseminar sa amin na kunin sa cfo.. need mo ung certificate ng G and C mo,photy copy mo na din pati ang passport,visa,CPR,magprint ka na rin ng reg form ng cfo then fillup'an mo na pra hnd ka na magfillup dun hehe madali lang nman..nga pla need mo pa ring dalhin ung pp and CPR mo..

ok post ko na lang here, para if may additional pa yun other forumers eh maiadd pa nila...

lam mo sayang lang yun fees na ibabayad mo sa kanila, super easy lang mag apply sowp,download mo yun forms from the website yun pang temporary foreign worker, then may checklist dun, then fill up the forms, meron dun part na lagay mo na open work permit, requirements like- yun copy ng lmo, work permit, visa, passport ni husband mo, then some of the supporting docs of course marriage contract, birth cert, school credentials, proof of remittances nya to you, payslip nya if possible, then if complete na lahat na nadun sa checklist, you can call the call center for pick up ng air 21.then wait ka na for their reply mga 8 weeks daw.pero yun iba after 1 month eh medical na.syempre yun bank draft na $ 150, then sa air 21 eh 350 pesos.that easy!!! how much ba fees ng sowp of mercan?what's the noc nga pala nun husband mo?hope this helps...anyway it's still up to you...goodluck

Super thank you sa info na to.. Ask ko husband ko kung pde ako na lang. Ung agency na rin kc na un ang nag process ng papers ng PR namin. 600cad for me. Since on process na ung immigration namin, 300cad na
lng. Sa daughter is 150cad. Ano po ung noc?

NOC- NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL CLASSIFICATION , there's a 4 digit numeric code kasi for every occupation, you can ask your husband about it, or if you have a copy of his LMO, you'll see it there on the 3rd page,then if the 2nd digit of the code is 1 or 2 then eligible ka to apply for SOWP.anyway yun nga it's still up to you...if you feel more comfortable in hiring an agency then go ahead...goodluck... ;D ;D ;D

huh? di ko mashado maintindihan your question re: visa...sa SOWP syempre - woking visa yun sau, then TRV sa child mo or student visa...& ang mag iissue nun eh ang canadian embassy manila...para mas maging clear sau call mo CEM, here's their number - 8459200...
