hi filipina! nung na-approve ka po ba as sponsor nakatanggap ka ng letter by postal mail or tawag from cpc-m?

letter lang nalaman ko approved ako nung ika 27th day ko since na received nila nag check ako sa ecas once ma open mo yun makikita mo dun yung status then after a week makak received ka ng acknowledgement lang na approved ka as sponsor then na itransfer na sa manila yun papers.

i see.. so maoopen lang yung ecas pag approve na as sponsor? or even before pa ma-approve as sponsor pede na? anong ginamit mo pong identification type dun? thanks!

maoopen lang ecas pag may decision na un lang hindi naman sinabi kung approve or refuse kase asa letter un sabihin lang nila na decision made and wait ka sa letter. pwede mo gamitin ung payment receipt ung galing sa bank

hi yung tungkol sa divorce petition parang finality yun sa pinas i did not hear about divorce order........embassy requested me to send divorce petition at yyung divorce judgement yung dalawa kung mag request ka sa court sabihin mo yung dalawang documents. bat natanung mo yun if you dont mind

humingi kase ulit yung embassy ng divorce certificate yung naipadala kase namin copy lang kaya humingi sila ng notarized daw...yun lang naman hinihing saka passport ko

okey so naka request kana nang original at yung my seal..........hindi ba sila nag hingi nang divorce petition and divorce judgement? kasi divorce din ang hubby ko at yung tatlo ang hiningi nila kahit naka submit napo kami.

meron sya original un na papadala namin...un lang naman hingi sa amin divorce certificate lang.....sana naman ok na yun....kelan kau nag start sa application nyo

did some back reading.. same naman lahat ng sagot nila and if magtatanong ka ulit yan din ang isasagot sayo..

- land first in Canada
- wait for your PR CARD (depende kung saan location ka matagal sa ontario 3 months aantayin sa winnipeg alam ko weeks lang)
- go back to the Philippines
- marry your gf
- back in Canada
- find a job (optional, mas better lang kase bago ka lang sa canada eh para maprove mo na kaya mo siya sponsoran..pero wala naman amount pag spousal eh)
- start sponsoring your wife

thats it ganun lang naman kasimple un eh
ang gawin mo na lang ngayon eh ipunin mo na lang lahat ng evidence na meron kayo
photos, email, cards, etc etc..

and about naman sa timeline eh depende sa visa officer un
kung complete and wala naman problem 3 months meron na
but pag may additional doc or nagkaproblem sa application 4-6 months
pero best answer eh DEPENDE SA VISA OFFICER

yes, as early as now, I'm gathering all the evidences to prove our relationship..just to clarify, civil wedding is valid, right?

kasi we're not yet capable pa siguro to have a church wedding..mag-ipon pa kame kapag parehas na kameng nagwowork sa Canada..

hey friends !! has anybody here been to my situation??


My PP is currently on CEM, i confirmed thru LBC that my PP was sent in the embassy last feb28.. got no clue if they started working on my papers, i still got no update @ my Ecas..


from this forum i have known that my husband wasnt able to pay my landing fee..i got curious with some posts here, that's why i asked him if how much did he paid for the papers.. then he said $550only (sponsor & principal applicant processing fees) , that's suppose to be $1040 including the Right of Permanent Residence Fee...


i felt sad, because of this:

If you pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee at the same time you pay the processing fees, it will facilitate processing as we will not have to contact you later. If you do not do so, you will be asked to pay this fee when we are ready to issue the permanent resident visa. Failure to pay the fee at the time of submission of the application will result in a minimum additional two-month delay in the finalization of the application.


well then too late.. i'll be expecting delays

i haven't receive nor my husband any letter yet from the embassy about the request for the payment of the landing fee.. is it possible that we send it even if we don't have any request from them? we paid the the said fee just awhile ago and we really have no idea where to send the printed receipt.. whether to send it in CPC-M or CEM.. and another thing, we don't know where would we be addressing the receipt and what papers to send along with it..


any idea guys?? yay.. badly need your help.. big big thanks for those who will pay attention !!


it's been 4 months now since we applied, any idea how long it would take for me to be in process? and how long the delay would be because of this forgotten landing fee blah..
