Thank you for ur information. If you had ur refusal last august 2010..what is your status back then ( Single or Married?)
Is the date below is the process of your application ? after your refusal last Aug..you applied Sept then got ur visa Jan?

Sept.9/10 : Sent Application to CPC-M
Sept.13/10: Received application CPC-M
Oct.13/10 : Sponsorship Approval & File Transfer
Oct.27/10 : Manila started processing App.
Nov.2/10 : ppr, personal hx req, aor received
Jan.25/11: VISA RECEIVED!!

yup that is may timeline during the whole process of our application...when i applied for tourist visa last aug2010 i already used my married name...after my refusal last aug2010 we decided to proceed for the sponsorhip application which is september...

haay oo kakastess talaga paghihintay buti nga may forum na ganito at least may nakakausap ka at may nakakapagshare ng ideas nla , nung kmi sent namin application oct 31 nareceived ng cpcm ng nov 2 then nov 28 approved sporsorship nov 30 nagmail cla ng letter sa hubby ko dec 14 palang nya nareceived ung letter kya wait ka lang at makakareceive din ng letter hubby mo from cpcm. you can check thru ecas ung status ng application nyo.

Thank you foreverlove...I was so surprised our agent got a letter from the processing center DM na hubby ko then they already forwarded the apli to the visa office Manila. We just checked the website last wednesday Feb. 9 it says processing application received on January 13 & according to the letter he was Dm on that same day. Wow we expect to get a result next week pa sana ang bilis not even a month we got already the result

Thank you so much for all ur informations...nabuhayan ako...hehe...kahit pala married ka na at apply ka tourist ang higpit nila...i thought before kaag may previous trips na sa passport may advantage...and letter from my office vouched by my boss ok na hindi pala.

I just finished listening a press interview from the Immigration Minister. He said the following.

I certainly do not feel like his comments have applied in my application. I have contacted the Manila embassy by fax clearly stating if there were any problems or concerns with the application to please email, fax, text, or call me. This was back in September. No reply.

I also emailed the Embassy in December. I am still waiting for a reply. Totally unacceptable.

I contacted my MP in December, they did a Ministerial enquiry. Came back no problem, within normal processing time. Finally in January I had my Member of Parliment contact Manila. They came back saying we need a AOM.

I plan on writing a letter and contacting my MP in light of the recent press release. I only have 8 weeks until my wifes medical expires.

ur welcome po...may mga previous trips din ako pero hindi umubra..hehe..i admit kulang din kasi mga assets proofs namin with my hubby kasi bagong kasal lng kmi nung ng file kmi kaya un ang hinanap samin...pero thank God na hindi binigay ang tourist visa kasi matagal pala ang inland application...
march 7 na alis ko..sa toronto destination ko...ikaw po??? keep on praying sis,the wait is worth it..
