Hello po...

matagal na rin akong nagbabasa basa dito at natutuwa naman po ako na almost 100% (I think) ang approval.

Anyway, nag apply po kami ng husband ko. December 4, 2010 ko pinadala tapos nakuha ng CIC nung December 7, 2010. Nakasulat ngayon sa site na:

We received your application to sponsor EARL on December 7, 2010.

We sent you a letter on January 12, 2011 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Eh January 20, 2011 na ngayon pero di ko pa rin narereceive ung letter. Medyo kinakabahan ako kung anong laman ng letter kasi wala naman nakasulat kung approved ba or hindi ung application.

Meron na po kaming 3 year old son na Canadian Citizen, dito ko po siya sinilang, eh ngayon nag aaral lang ako sa George Brown College part-time pero wala akong work ngayon. Nakakakuha lang ako ng Child Tax Benefit (CCTB) para sa anak ko pero dun ako kinakabahan kasi di ko alam kung form of social assistance yun eh, pero para naman sa bata un at hindi sa akin.

Expired na rin ung Philippine Passport ko at ung PR Card ko (2005 po ako dumating dito sa Canada) pero napa renew ko na nung June 2010 at nakalagay din sa status ko sa online na Approved na ung PR card ko pero ung sa asawa ko po ang nakalagay lang yan nga pong nakasulat sa taas. Kinakabahan ako...T_T

Approved na yan for sure yung CCTB po eh hindi po yun assistance, benefits po yun i have 2 year old son and meron din sya CCTB every child naman talaga is entitled for CCTB kaya wala ka po magiging problema as long as na hindi ka naka assistance ok lang yan ako nga po eh wala work nung pinasa ko yung sa hubby ko pero nakalusot hehe.. meron kasi ako previous certificate of employment actually June pa nga yun eh tas yun pinasa ko papers eh October na naaproved naman ako. dont worry darating din yan yung akin 7days eh san ba location mo? bukas nandyan na yan hehe..

mgkaiba po ang advisory of marriage sa NSO marriage cert...and advisory or marriage or cenomar yon...nakalagay dun sa advisory of marriage kung ilang beses ka ng asawa and kung sino ang name nga hubby mo...pero sa NSO din kinukuha yon...naka NSO paper din sia...

Iam sorry do you mean may dumating ba na request? yes po kailangan mo pa din po dalhin ang passport and picture nya kung ano yung dala mo dati yun din and baby book dalin mo po.

Did you got approved at cpc-missisauga? when did you submit your application? You cannot log in until they open your package, once they open it thats the only time you will open your ecas. The processing times right now is i think 43 days and try to open it after 30days

we sent the passport in december though the actuall PPR was made back in Augiust

so we just found out they tried to deliver it yesterday to my wife's apartment and she was not there they told the guard they would text or call but no one has contacted her is there any way for us to get in contact with them to arrange another delivery?

we're just nervous as she works overnights at a call center and during the day sleeps at my hotel. we are going to leave a letter of authorization with the money as her friend lives in the building too but hoping her friend is not sleeping when they come

can we include in the letter of auth that they should try calling my wife so she can possibly meet at hotel?

YES it is different. I sent another marriage cert. and it cost me an extra 4 months. Apply for cenomar and send that.
