Based on previous posts shared by others, usually AOM, BC ni sponsor (pag PR ata si sponsor), yung iba more proof ng relationship, there was one ata na hiningan ng letter or detailed development of relationship (parang summarized kasi ata kaya ganun). So far, yun mga natandaan ko

yung AOM at cenomar baiisa lng? kasi meron ako cenomar n ginamit ko for marriage license application.. pwede b un? yung sa detailed develpment of relationship?? you mean dapat very detailed. from the start ng 1st meet up until the end?? so mahaba habang explanation pla need ? eheh

thanks PRV sa info .. yung forms dapat ifill out sa computer right?? tapos yung mga photos po ba dapat sa photopaper or pwede iprint nlng sa bondpaper? yung 1st contact ko at proposal ng kasal ay thru online (skype) lngpo.. need po ba ng proof like pictures din ba kahit hindi naman nakaindicate sa form na need ng evidence?

I-timeline format mo na lang yung sa development. That's how I did mine. Met my hubby online 6 years ago so initially I explained how we met na match dun sa first contact and first meeting na questions.

At saka cenomar nung dalawa po at police certificate po

At saka sa St. Luke's naman e tawag kayo sa St. Luke's tapos tanongin nyo king ang requirements at fees. Dapat dala kayo extra kasi may dagdag sila ng another test at saka vaccine po. Don't forget bring your passport and 2 copies of picture of passport size po

Hi, citizen ba si sponsor? Unless PR, I think BC is not needed. Although it won't hurt if gusto nyo isama na lang. Aside from the above, better to include na din copy ng citizen card or PR card.

About St Luke's, I noticed they have a new requirement now about payment. See this link for details of information: < http://www.slec.ph/canada-visa-applicants.shtml#medical-fees >. I'll be having mine at IOM at may add-ons kasi si St Luke's ng mga vaccines chenes Eh hindi naman totoo na hinahanapan ng vaccine info upon entry sa Canada. Pwede naman daw na doon na lang pagdating. So I changed my mind and will go to IOM instead. Hopefully no hassles with them. My appointment is this week na.

Mas okay daw sa IOM.. I had mine sa St. Luke's pero di maganda ang experience. Marami silang additional exams/costs.
If like mo pa rin sa St. Luke's, register ka online then bring mo yung form kapag magpapa-medical ka na.

yes po. canadian citizen by birth po si hubby.BC p rin ba hinihingi nila?citizen card? prang valid ID.hindi ko po alam if meron sya nun e.ask ko nlng si hubby. how much po sa IOM? i'll check first between them. sana IOM is okay with regards sa pagsend ng medical result sa canada. . kindly give us updated po pag done na kayo medical.. thankyou po!!

may I know kung ano vaccine binibigay ng st.lukes? may vaccine n kasi ako ngayon lng novmber sa company namin, bk madouble kung same lng vaccine ang ibibgay sa akin.TIA

i'm having my cfo seminar sa nov22. after po ba nun need na ipachange name ang passport kahit hindi pa ako nagpapasa ng documents for visa application?

yung cenomar na hinihingi.. ahm Yung akin lng po (filipina) ang kinuha ko sa NSO na pinasa ko sa registrar nung nag apply ako marriage license. si hubby(canadian)hindi naman po hiningan ng cenomar.. need ko po ba magrequest ng cenomar pra kay hubby?

Yung sa vaccine, it's MMR according dun sa mga nagmed exam dun. Some even have to have anti-hepa daw. If you still have your baby book, better dalhin mo na din or if you know your Pedia, hingi ka records ng vaccines mo

If Canadian ang Fiance mo, what he needs is the Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage. Bale pupunta sya sa CEM when he gets here to apply for that. Makukuha nya naman yan on the same day. He just to be at CEM before 10am kasi hanggang 10am lang ang consular services ng CEM.

You said you are going for a seminar at CFO on the 22nd. Kinasal na ba kayo? Saka nung nagpasa ka ng requirements sa LCR for marriage license, if Canadian citizen ang sponsor, sila mismo magsabi sayo na need nyo yung Legal Capacity Certificate sa CEM. With regards to the passport, it is up to you to still use your maiden name for your passport or your married name. Hindi naman big deal sa Canada ang married name sa passport or even with other identification. Very common sa kanila yung maiden name pa din ang gamit nung wife. But op kors, the status is Married

Help po please naguguluhan po ako ung s pag send ng passport.. nagpunta po ako s DHL kanina sinabi ko po ung s about s ppr and ung s fees s pag balik nag passport.. sabi nila e send lang dw ulit ng immigration ung passport s address ko then doon nalang ako magbayad ng fee s pag return..
