Finally.. Visa on hand after 27 months of waiting

I just received my passport with visa on it and CoPR....i am overwhelmed and feel like I'm over the moon, literally. Thank you.

congratulations po. VOH din po today. very happy but confused po at the same time.

Got visa today and COPR. On the Confirmation of Permanent Residency there is a condition #51: "Must cohabit in a conjugal relationship with our sponsor for continuous period of 2 years after the day on which became PR".

Problem is, I plan to land next month and I will also return to Pilipinas after 2 weeks with my husband.
My husband will return to Canada and I will stay back in Philippines. Will this be an issue po?

You have to stay in Canada with your husband for two years as what the condition is stated. That is also stated on the guidelines.

Hi Yurie27, if I may ask, san natatagalan ang application nyo, is it after AOR1 or Sa or AOR2? just wondering, kasi if you are going to check the process for this year, it seems so fast, in a matter of 2 months, most of the applicants are in AOR2 now and some received their VISA in 5 months. Baka medyo mabagal lang ang ating officer. Good luck and for sure you'll get some good news!

after ng AOR2 at additional documents request wala ng balita tapos in process pa din sa ecas. it's already 8 months since AOR2. i really don't know whats going on, it seem to be the process very slow. i don't have also idea how long more i could wait to receive ppr. so frustrating kasi yung iba ang bilis ng process nila.

Spouse bro! Oct 15 ko nakuha ung GCMS notes ko. wala namang red flags or interview in fact recommended pass nko sa eligibility, medical passed security,criminality not started pa din.

tapos FCPNP-PUT-AWAY ang paper file ko. Hindi ko alam kung anong Hold up para tumagal, kumpleto naman lahat ng documents ko na pinasa. Nag re-medical na din ako last May.

regarding sa MP, on the way na si mrs. papunta sa MP para mag ask ng assistance regarding sa application ko. =D

How about you bro any idea ano ang cause ng delay sa application mo?

Yeah, I know how hard it is to be far away from your loved ones... Since you mentioned that most of the time if they ask for RPRF, PPR next, well, then I could say, PPR for you anytime soon, the only problem I have in mind is that, we will have this long weekend and probably most officers are in vacation! I hope after this long weekend in the Philippines, we will all get something great from VO. Good luck to all of us! SALAMAT!!!

Parehas tau expired med ko. Nag add doc ako last month nakalagay sa notes ko waiting sila na mareview add doc ko tsaka sila mag sesend ng remed request at sa eligibility. Oct2015 din ako with 1dep.

Sino po ba dito nag pa Medical sa IOM? open po ba sila ng saturday? gusto ko sana pa book ng appointment for my re-med. kasi the following day hiliday na at i am worried kasi binigyan lang ako ng immigration ng 30 days to comply the requirements.
