Hi they asked for my police clearance last July and re-med on September.
Nov 2015 applicant.no ppr yet

From which country did they ask u to get a police clearance? Did u order gcms notes?
I think ur ppr is coming soon, coz they ask for ur re-med, and i believe that is one of the final things they check before issuing ppr. Cem is quiet nowadays...

congratulations po. VOH din po today. very happy but confused po at the same time.

Got visa today and COPR. On the Confirmation of Permanent Residency there is a condition #51: "Must cohabit in a conjugal relationship with our sponsor for continuous period of 2 years after the day on which became PR".

Problem is, I plan to land next month and I will also return to Pilipinas after 2 weeks with my husband.
My husband will return to Canada and I will stay back in Philippines. Will this be an issue po?

under conjugal partner ( same sex ) po yung application namin. wala din kami idea kung bakit subrang tagal. so frustrating.

Ok you have that conditional 51". Base dyan mismo sa condition n yn, it's clearly stated you must cohabit in a conjugal relationship which means you should lived together with your spouse. And besides as PR you have to maintain your status too.

Same here, medical, police clearance expired. But just got good news, they are requesting for medical re-done, police clearance and the payment ($490CAD). I hope this good news ay mag tuloy-tuloy as my husband and i are very anxious waiting.

2015 applicant ka ba? anung month? yung 490 cad dollar payment hindi ba sinabi sau kung pra saan yun? ang alam ko kasi 490 para sa RPRF payment yun, sabi ng consultant nmin usually RPRF payment means you expect ppr after. peru ang nagyari sa akin, nag bayad ako ng 490 for RPRF feb 2016 after AOR 2 peru until now no news pa din.

Hindi pa.kasi humingi sila ng police clearance last July tapos remedical last September so I thought almost done na.pero wala pa...

ibig sabihin july 2016 na expired yung nbi mo at police clearance? yung sa akin kasi september na expired peru hindi pa naman nag ask sa akin for new nbi at police clearance. grabe nakakadurog ng puso maghintay.

Hello. Dalawa po inask sa inyo? NBI tsaka Police Clearance? Kailangan pa po ba yung police clearance bukod sa NBI?

NBI lang po ang hiningi ng cic peru pinasa din kasi ng partner ko yung police clearance at the same time.

Ilang months na po yung NBI ng partner ninyo nung nasubmit ang app? Sa akin kasi 4 months na pag nasubmit. hehe. May chance na hihingan pa po ako ulit?

july bumalik ng canada partner ko october kami nag submit ng application siguro between august or september kumuha ng NBI.

Hi Yurie27, if I may ask, san natatagalan ang application nyo, is it after AOR1 or Sa or AOR2? just wondering, kasi if you are going to check the process for this year, it seems so fast, in a matter of 2 months, most of the applicants are in AOR2 now and some received their VISA in 5 months. Baka medyo mabagal lang ang ating officer. Good luck and for sure you'll get some good news!
