You made your point there, especially i don't have any relative there I'm pretty sure its a big adjustment, so I'm more excited for my husband visit here than to submit our papers lol

May same case po ba kagaya namin dto?

Mga ilang lingo o buwan kaya bago makatanggap ng reply galing sa Manila Office (Outland,Family Sponsorship) tungkol sa application o kulang na mga documents. Meron ng SA, at napadala na din ang upfront med.

hi guys cno po dto pinag take ng extra medical assesment (psych, behavioral, etc) aside sa main medical nyo? we're planning to email CEM po kc regarding our upcoming medical expiration this october but until now we're not really sure kung anung date tlga expiration ng med ko. Ive done my general medical assessment oct 7, 2015 and pnabalik nila ko ng oct 28 for another evaluation/appointment with a psych doctor. i dont even know why but maybe its because namention ko na may relative kmi na may history ng mild depression. up until now confused pdn kmi ng wife ko s actual date ng validity ng medical ko. can someone shed some light on this. thanks!

Hi! Bago lang po ako dito. Ask po ako help regarding sa AOR. I received my AOR email nung Sept 1 lang then they are requiring me to send additional requirements pero ang sabi po ay:

You must submit the following information/documents ONLY IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY SUBMITTED THEM WITH YOUR APPLICATION:

1. Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) by your sponsor in Canada to our office in Mississauga, if not already paid.

2. Valid police certificates from all countries where you and any family member age 18 and over have resided for 6 months or more. Police certificates which are not in English or French must be accompanied by a certified translation.

3. Completed and signed forms:
a. IMM5669 Schedule A: Background/Declaration (Do not leave any gaps in your personal history and addresses).
b. IMM5406 Additional Family Information form

4. Identity and Civil Documents
a. For Philippine citizens:
Ø PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority) Birth Certificate for yourself, your sponsor and all dependent children. (IF BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS LATE-REGISTERED, you MUST also submit baptismal certificate and other documents establishing identity such as old school records, voter’s ID, etc)
Ø PSA Advisory on Marriages for yourself and if applicable, your sponsor
Ø PSA Marriage Certificate
Ø PSA Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) for dependent children aged 18 and above

Please note that if any of the information/documents listed above have been previously submitted to our office, they need not be submitted again.

To ensure the timely processing of your application, the required information/documents must be provided to us within THIRTY (30) days of the date of this letter.

I have submitted all these requirements with complete signatures sa application na pinasa namin except lang sa AOM namin ni hubby and birth cert ni hubby (sponsor). Also, regarding sa Police Clearance from all countries have resided, nagstudy ako sa Saudi Arabia nung elementary to highschool nuon (below 18y/o) so do i need to send a copy? And do they need original copies of AOM/birth cert/police cert? If so, where can i send it po? Wala po kasi sinabi sa email na sinend nila sa AOR ko na by mail or by email.

Hoping for your reply. Thank you!

Hello,

Usually may nakalagay sa bandang ibaba yung AOR2 kung saan mo ipapasa. In my case, pinadala namin (Sponsor ako) yung AOM ko at Birth Cert ko through email. Scanned. They specifically asked in the letter to email them.

About your police clearance, here's the link re Saudi police clearance. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/mid-east/saudi-arabia.asp

So i guess it depends on your status sa Saudi. My husband was just a worker there and he's now in the Philippines. Therefore, hindi na siya required to get one as per CIC. However, I think you need to write an explanation letter regarding this. Please see the link.

Hope this helps.
