it has an attachment where it is requesting for the RPRF on the first page of the pdf.
followed by important reminders about police certificate and on how to send it.

just a question i already include a (PHILIPPINES) POLICE CERTIFICATE AND NBI CLEARANCE with my application. do i need to send one again? nbi clearance will expire on December 2016 and my police certificate was already expired.
on the email first page of the AOR2 they are only requesting for the RPRF nothing else.
