He asked why kase daw may scar sya sa wrist from his teenage rebellion days.

Bumalik sya, paid another 1,+++pesos, and meet the psychologist for less than 10mins!

Haaayyy! Well, at least, ok naman lahat ng results.

Yung vaccine ay measles vaccine - Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) 0.5 Subcutaneosly
7953 yung exact amount ng medical fee
I'm not sure kung mandatory yung PT sa mga married.
As far as I know free dito lahat ng yan - PT and MMR. Bakit need gawin dyan?

When I attended PDOS at CFO last March, we were told that International license is not really needed. Because you can actually use your Philippine License to drive. Upon arrival, your license is good up to 60-90 days, depending on which province in Canada you are going. Sa Toronto kasi up to 60 days lang. After that, you will still need to apply for local driver's license. The advantage of having Authenticated Driver's License Certificate is for you to get some credits when you apply for local driver's license in Canada. Otherwise, you will start as beginner. Be advised though that even if you get credits but you don't pass the exam, you may still be required to take the 1st level exam.
thank you!

i went to St. Luke last monday for retake of medical exam.

aside from medical fee of 8,000 - additional 1,300 for vaccine if no vaccine taken yet. and 495 for women for pregnancy test before vaccine.

almost 10k na rin nagastos ko nung monday.
Wow! A bit costly.. i went for upfront medical last year at IOM and cost me 5,000.00 php.. including everything.. and mabilis lang yong medical examination.. di nila ako ne required ng vaccination gaya ng mga nasambit dito.. since my medical expired last week IOM ulit ako mag pa medical if may request na from CEM.

Are you still in Manila? I already got mine last month. Punta ka lang LTO Main office sa QC with a copy of your ID and copy ng official receipt ng license mo. Fill-up ka form then pay 100 pesos. May ibigay sayo na Claim Stub then you will gave to go to DFA Macapagal after a week and pick up your Authenticated LTO Certificate.
I recall reading na hindi required ang DFA authentication for Alberta and British Columbia, and sa Ontario naman, sabi doon if the certification was issued by the same jurisdiction that issued the license (in this case, LTO), no need for DFA/embassy's authentication.

You may try. In my case, am just playing safe and gathering documents upfront that I think would be beneficial later on. Just taking advantage of the time and cost while still in Manila :) Applying for local license in Canada is almost the same as applying for a visa with them. Some are lucky when their package lands in the hands of a lenient officer, while some are not so lucky and getting a hard time. I say this because I've read some post comments on one's blog wherein just showing the OR of their Philippine license (as they apply for a local license in Canada), they automatically gets credit so they already get to skip 1st level test. With some applicants, showing the OR or their Philippine license were not being accepted. Instead, they were asked to get Authenticated Certification from our LTO office here. Otherwise, start na lang as beginner :)

hi! upfront medical ba ginawa mo? if upfront, include mo sa application mo yung e-medical form and copy ng receipt, yan ang proof of medical exam mo na nirequire sa checklist.

Thanks! Sigh. You have a point. Might as well play it safe to be sure.
In the end, it's better for me to pick it up at DFA Aseana rather than going back to LTO Main if it takes a few days for the certification alone.

Just Checked ECAS still In-process both sides. Nag PPR nung May 11, 2016, CEM received the PP nung May 13, 2016.

You will fill up a form, pay 100 pesos, then they will give you a claim stub that you will bring to DFA Aseana to pick up the Authenticated Cert. One week after ang pick up sa DFA and may date din naman nakalagay sa claim stub. You pay another 100 pesos sa DFA so bale 200 all-in-all ang magastos mo..
