Big deal ba ang date sa forms na need ng date at signature? nagkamali kase ako ng instruction sa asawa ko. Ang nailagay nyang date ay few days late.

My former boss hired a consultant nung nag aapply sya as PR. She don't want to go thru the hassle since my annulled sya (and got married again) sya. She spend around 70k pesos and everything went smoothly.

For me, it is not necessary to hire a consultant kase as long as you can read and understand English, everything is detailed sa CIC website.

Yes nag pasa kami application before and ako lang din ang gumawa nun, kaya na refused kami dahil sa divorce date nya, married ang applied namin dati pero refused nga kaya this time common law na. Lahat critized ako bakit andito pako sa pinas or ang tanga ko! Bakit alam ba nila ang processing?

Based on your story (if I got it right), narefused kayo before NOT BECAUSE may mali ka sa application but because of the divorce status of your husband. If that's the case, then you don't need a consultant at all. Kaya mo naman gawin, namisunderstood mo lang ang rules.

Don't mind those people who criticize you. Madaling magsalita if they haven't been in the process. A lot of people are complaining and ranting at me and my husband whenever we tell them that the maximum processing time is 17months. Hayyy people like that are sooooo!

Now if you really want to go and seek the help of a consultant, maybe I can ask my former boss for the contact number of the consultant and pwede ka mag inquire sa kanila.

welcome to the waiting game process .
It depends on your application, kung may kulang they will send you a letter requesting some of any additional documents, if wala pa kayo upfront medical, they will send you a letter to get your medical done. If complete package naman..wait na lang kayo ng PPR (passport request). If interview required they will request too.. hope it helps.

I feel the same way sis.. Don't waste your energy to those dumb people sis.. they won't help you either. Nung umuwi nga husband ko dito sa pinas taas ng expectation nila kesa sa akin.. kesyo foreigner daw asawa ko, madadala agad ako sa canada.. pagbalik daw ng husband ko kasama na ako.. ha ha ha yan yong mga naririrnig ko. nung bumalik na at andito pa ako sa pinas, sabi nila bat di pa daw ako kasama pauwi.. sabi ko di naman basta basta pupunta dun na sasakay kalang ng jeepny.. ayan yong bayad tapos andun ka na.. mga gago mag isip. kung papatulan ko siguro ewan ko lang.. siguro dami ko na kaaway dito. sabagay anong mapapala ko sa narrow minded.. dagdag lang wrinkles..

Last Dec 2015 we received a letter from CIC that our family class sponsorship (under live in caregiver program) was refused because we did not submit the additional requirements (nbi clearance, police clearance and etc.) In the refusal letter, it says that they were requesting for additional requirements and sent to my mother's email last Dec 17, 2014, since we failure to sumbit those requirements, our sponsorship was refused. (Wala naman talagang dumating sa email ng mama ko)
It was Dec 17, 2014 when we received the letter requesting for medical examination. January 8, our medical was done. After that lagi namang nagfofollow up mama ko thru phone call sa CIC if okay lang ba yung medical or how's the process of our application laging sinasabi na kapag may problema naman daw tatawagan nlng tska hintayin nalang.

Last Dec 20, 2015 the day na nareive nya yung refusal letter then she hired a lawyer to appeal and fortunately they allow us to submit the requirements within 90days and we submitted the requirements after 1mon the letter was sent. (Yung letter na sinend ng CIC sa mama ko ay yung letter na dapat nya nareceive nung dec 17, 2014, nireprint lang)

She always make follow-up in CIC by making phone call but our status remained unchange that's why she hired another Immigration lawyer to help us.

Does someone here also experienced same sitituation?
Can someone here advised us what to do? We really do not know what to do and we're confused and scared.

I don't think pwede mag follow up sa CIC thru phone call. General inquiry pwede pa siguro pero parang walang makukuhang info even tumawag dun.

Paano nyo nareceive ang unang communication nyo with CIC? Email? Or post mail? Ang alam ko kase hindi sila paiba iba ng way to communicate with you. Kung nagsimula sila ng email, madalas email na yan. Gaano ba katagal processing for live in caregiver program? Baka naman hindi pa kayo lumalampas sa processing time.

Tsabi po ng mom ko may hotline sya na tinatawagan. Ask kopo ulit mamay if anong hotline yun. At first po email. Dun po namin narecieve yung request for medical. Pero wala pong dumating sa mama ko na email requesting for additional requirements. Yung refusal letter po thru email din.

Pero nung nag-appeal po yung mama ko, nagMailed po yun CIC nakalagay po dun yung documents na dapat nareicve namin nung dec 2014. Nakalagay din po dun yung mga requirements. Dec 2012 applicant po kami.

nagcheck po kayo ng spam or junk sa email nyo? kasi recently may sinabihan din ako ng ganyan then nagcheck sya right away buti nakita nya may email cic sa spam 3 days na lang refuse na sya.

Nagcheck po pero wala po talaga email about dun sa additional requirements. Kase sa spam po namin nakita yung sa medical na letter.

Hello po. Ask ko lng po kung magrerequest pa po sila ng nbi/police clearance; etc, pero kumpleto na po yung pinasa ko sa wife ko na docs eh. Ang wala lang po is yung medical. Anyways, na-receive na daw po ng CEM papers ko last march 29.

If separated po ba (not legally/no annulment), kelanagan pa po ba ng custody to sponsor your child?
Or would the IMM5604 / Consent from non accompanying parent enough?..
