Ask ko lang po, may interview pa po ba sa Canadian Embassy in Manila ang under sa Family Class Sponsorship?

Depende sa VO, kung di nila maintindihan ang relationship or di pa sila satisfied sa documents. Pag may interview inform naman ni CEM si applicant kung kelan. ;D

hi! I'm newbie here. We already submitted requirements and done with our medical. Under po kami ng family class spinsorship, ako naman po under ng class b dependant. I already graduated na po ng college last year, and I took another course to study kase sabi daw po kailangan student at dependant pa din sa magulang. Classified po ba yung Masteral as full time student? Salamat po sa magreresponse?

As far as I know Hindi considered yung masteral as full time student based on my experience since my older sister yun yung ginawa after graduating from her first course, ng stop sya sa masteral kumuha ng ibang course

Nag-accountancy kase ako pagkagraduate. Ngayon sana balak ko magmasteral nalang? Pede po ba yun kahit lilipat ulit ako ng school? Nagwork po ba kayo nun? O nag-aral lang talaga kayo?

Hi share ko lang experience ko (Peru still processing pa din application ko) lahat kami ng sisters ko kumuha ng ibang course after graduation and just continued studying. Naka graduate na sila sa 2nd course na kinuha nila and still processing isn't done. I think it's better to continue studying coz that would mean you are still dependent so wala siguro magiging complications! Good luck!!

Hi sa lahat.. Question ko lang po after po submission of medicals and payment sent mga ilang months po ga hihintayin bago mg request sila ng passport? 1yr had passed na kasi hung sa amin still no passport request.. Super worried na.. 5years waiting

I've also read about some topics here indicating 'notes'. Term nila at ng sending notes to CIC.. Please enlighten me po what is that? Is it a request po ba to verify the status of your application? What causes the delay? Paano po ga mg send ng 'notes'?

Can anyone tell me their experiences about hiring a consultant to help them for the application?

Anyone here who had a joint bank account here in the Philippines with the sponsor? Is it just ATM or with passbook?

Because we applying common law this time.. Thanks

My former boss hired a consultant nung nag aapply sya as PR. She don't want to go thru the hassle since my annulled sya (and got married again) sya. She spend around 70k pesos and everything went smoothly.

For me, it is not necessary to hire a consultant kase as long as you can read and understand English, everything is detailed sa CIC website.

I mean..do I have to correct my answer before I apply for visitor visa?
Do I have to wait for cic feedback regarding on that matter or do it now..make the answer correct..
Send an explanation letter and updated form to cic and then apply for visitor visa?

What next will be happen or what will I recieve while processing my application here in manila?

If the cic have check already my application and they see my answer no to that question and see all my court documents and clearances.. they should email me and ask me for explanation why I answered no when I got charged of crime?

Actually, it depends. CIC will not email you to ask for an explanation because technically "misrepresentation" na ang nangyari. Kung nagkamali ka nga sa PR application mo at sure kang nasa Manila na ang papel mo, I suggest you send them the correction now at least may proof ka na you tried to correct your mistake.

When I was applying for my PR, nagkamali ako dun sa tanong if nadeny na ba ako ng visa. I answered "No" which is supposed to be "Yes" (honest mistake). Since mababaw lang naman sya namistake, I emailed them na nagkamali ako and they asked me to submit the correct form later on the process.

Contact CIC or CEM na you are waiting way more than the processing time.

Thank you po sa reply. Contact? Like send a specific case enquiry? Yun po ga dapat gawin?
May question pa po ako, yung case processing center po usually malayo po yun sa address nung ng sponsor? Kasi mom ko (sponsor) stays in ottawa , Ontario Peru yung case processing center nya ang nkalagay vegreville..

I did but I just got a contractual job for 9mos. Then study ulit ako. Part time jobs are okay, I guess. Not really sure. But I know someone NASA Canada na siya, while waiting may part time job siya for 2yrs.

Hindi kasi siya ng call center, sa cafe siya ng work, ako naman sa real estate (audit staff). Siguro mas safe choice study ka nlng ulit..
