Hi, meron na po ba dito nakakuha ng passport nila with VISA? Nakuha ko na po yung sa akin.

Sino po dito yung merong condition na nakalagay sa COPR na ganito?

"MUST COHABIT IN A CONJUGAL RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR SPONSOR FOR CONTINUOUS PERIOD OF 2 YEARS AFTER THE DAY WHICH BECAME PR"

Ibig sabihin po ba bawal ako lumabas ng Canada sa loob ng dalawang taon? Or dapat kasama ko asawa ko pag nag exit ako ng Canada? Maaapektohan po ba ang PR status ko pag lumabas ako ng Canada nang di kasama asawa ko?

May ganitong condition samin kasi wla pa kami anak at married for less than 2 years.

. Kami kinasal last Feb 2015. Pero more than 5 years na kami and meron na kaming 2 1/2yrs old na anak.

Wala pa akong new update. Pero inaasahan ko na after april 28, kapag nagrequest sila ng re-medical tuloy tuloy na yun sa ppr.

Hi guys, i have received my aor1 already on march 21 already and regarding on medical exam do i have to wait for a Medical Request? I have read on the SA Letter quoting

Requirement for Medical Examination: If your sponsored relative(s) has (have) not already done so, your relative(s) must provide an original Upfront Medical Report form (IMM1017B UPFRONT) signed by a Panel Physician or an E-Medical Upfront Medical Notification information sheet. Your relative(s) must complete the medical examination and, once completed, forward this information directly to the visa office noted above along with a copy of this letter. Your application has been transferred to the visa office noting this deficiency. Your relative must forward the medical information directly to the visa office to allow continued processing of his/her application. Failure to do so will result in delays and possible refusal of your relative's application.

so you didn't do the upfront medical?? so in that case, yes.. you have to wait for the medical request from CEM..

NBI Clearance expired also.. its hard now to get new NBI clearance, before i can do it on half or one day.. now i heard 2 to 3 weeks.

Really, 2-3weeks? , I already have nbi since February 2016, pero Hindi pa kmi ngsusubmit ng application and it's only valid for a year , I was thinking to get new nbi, if Hindi pa kmi mkapgpasa ng application by June , anyway, appointment online last time just a day set then only an hour of processing nkuha ko n nbi ko.

yes, I think it depends where you at? but like I said i just heard it from my neighbors nung kumuha sya ng NBI will get it after 2 to 3 weeks.. who knows, baka me kapariho lang siya pangalan kaya natagalan..
