hello!,

is this true, having kids together will add proof of genuine relationship?, in our case we can't have kids of our own.do i need to mention that in our application?

no.. because there are couples here that just got married and dont have kids yet.. but naaapproved parin.. same as my situation..

Hello ;D First search mo sa internet kung saan lugar yung sponsor mo (example Member of Parliament in Edmonton, Alberta), lalabas na list nun. Very helpful sila, sila rin kumontak sa CEM regarding our case, but still si CEM pa rin mag decide. My sponsor went to the parliament office to discuss our case then nag email sila sa CEM nun.

the situation is we applied july, SA AOR2, started processing in Manila and medical result received Sept pa po and till now wla na kami update.
My medical will expire June10.

When is the right time na lumapit po sa knila.. actually po my husband did it already but, they said that were still within the processing time.

We don't know if were still ok or baka nakaligtaan na ung application namin,
how can we make the MP or ano sasabihin namin to help us through this....

I think it is better for you to order GCMS notes.. Pr makita mo ano n ginawa ng CEM...

Yes to answer your first question. But not having children will not cause you to be inadmissible. Having children adds to your bond with your spouse. As long as ma prove niyo na genuine ang relationship niyo at kahit wala kayo anak.

On the other hand, may mga instances na kahit may anak sila, may mga pagkakataon na naisasantabi ito pag may situations para masabing hindi legit ang relationship (ex. Separated etc.)

Pag lagpas na sa processing times ang CEM, since lumapit na pala ang husband mo sa MP at nasa process na daw, wait ka pa rin, talagang nakaka inip mag hintay pero pagnandyan na ang visa, mabilis na ang araw at lilisanin mo na ang pinas.

May PPR ka na ba? Sabi mo June10 expire medical mo, baka bilisan ng visa officer ang case mo like what happened to others, dahil malapit na mag expire medical tinawagan sila ng CEM kung makaka lipad before med expires or yung iba naman pina re-medical, again depende sa visa officer.
