Please can someone help me how to answer this form Sponsor Questionnaire IMM5540, this is for my husband (my sponsor), he had gone to mild stroke before and screwed his writing, I'm filling it up for him.

#12 are you living w/ someone? Is that in Canada? If in Canada his alone only w/ his dog.

#16 have you ever submitted a sponsorship application for another person before? We did filed an application before Nov 2013 but got denied Dec 2014, his my sponsor and I'm the wife. We should indicate that? We are applying a new app as common law.

One more clarification the form Statutory Declaration of Commonlaw Union IMM5409 says this form must be completed & signed by thr sponsor & commonlaw, only if the latter is a co-signer on the app. I am not a co-signer but I am the spouse or partner, are we required to fill up that form?

Ganito kase yan, we got married Nov 6, 2012 without knowing his divorce was not yet finalized at na finalized lang nung May 2013, kaya denied kami. Kase matagal na silang nag divorce, yung ex ang nag filed pero di nya siniguro kung final na, kaya tuloy ganyan nangyari. Ngayon kung re-marry kami uli, need namin ipa-nullify yung dating kasal at aabutin pa ito ng 1 year with the cost of 250 thou or 300 thoupesos, bago makasal uli. sabi mister ko kalokahan daw ganyan halaga sa isang certificate at ganun katagal? Kaya we consulted an agency at common law ang suggest nila, para di na kami mag pakasal uli, isa pa kung magpakasal kami uli without declaration nullity eh double entry of marriage kami sa NSO, makasuhan pa or yung tao na gagawa nun eh baka fake pa yung certificate, kaya sinabi samin na mag common law na lang, tutal para kay CEM yung kasal namin ay invalid dahil sa divorce date nya.

Tama ba ang suggestion ng agancy? Kaya tuloy sa new app, ang babayaran lang na app fee ay sponsor at applicant fee, hindi muna yung right of permanent residence fee at di muna ako mag medical, kase we wanna make sure na this time ang sponsor ay APPROVE! :-[

Naeexcite ako pero bothered ako kc nakalagay decision made. pero ung info sa loob wala nmn nagbago. ang last line padin e ung medical results received. ganun dn ba sau? jcgonzaga?
