Hello guys,

Help please... here's my husband situation:

My husband is a Canadian citizen by birth and he live here in the Philippines for more than 2 years...last October 15, 2015, he went back to Canada...

In IMM 5540 question #11, are you currently living in Canada?

I answered yes....since when? What date should I indicate?

yup... I keep praying..grabe kahirap malayo sa pamilya...nag upfront medical ako pero expire na this month... usually pag nag contact ang CEM... isasabay nila lahat ang kailangan nila.. they usually minimize their correspondence with us... siguro if they ask for my passport, kasama na rin yong medical at iba pa...

Any idea how much would cost me to get GCMS note?
I check online its $41.00.. was it correct?
Thanks

$5.00. You're looking at the wrong one.
If you apply directly on CIC website, then it is $5. However, this is only applicable to those currently reside in Canada
If you have relatives in Canada, you can ask them to apply on behalf of you. Of course you have to sign off a consent form

parang isang araw lang yong Sponsor approval ng asawa mo..usually it would take 56 days..or less than two months from the time Missisuaga received your applications..baka April ka nag submit kaya may ppr request ka kaagad ny Aug 18... im just basing on your timeline...

Hi sorry typo error aug.

Hi htokyo, can my husband(sponsor) do that without the sign of my consent form? Thanks

Hello everyone!

I'm a PR who just got married and planning to sponsor my husband pagbalik ko ng Canada (nasa Pinas ako now).

1. Before we got married, nag apply husband ko (bf ko sya noon) ng tourist visa pero hindi nya ko minention kase gusto lang nya mag try on his own. Unfortunately, denied sya.

2. Pwede ba ako umuwi ng Pinas even on process ang sponsorship nya?

Currently kase nag-ru-room for rent lang ako at part time jobs.

Sabi kase we still need to wait for 3months bago marelease ang NSO since recently wed lang.

6. Gaano katagal ang processing time sa CEM from application up to ma-stamp ang visa?

THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!

Here's my answer/idea to your questions..

But sino naginvite sa kanya papunta dito? I mean sino nagbigay ng invitation letter sa kanya??

2. Yes I think.. kasi wala ka namang hihintayin ng anything once na mareceive mo ung AOR. ung husband mo na lahat mkakatanggap ng email from CEM..

3. Yes.. as long as wala kang social assistance from the government or nag'file ka ng bankruptcy before. and wala naman sya kailangan imeet na income..

4. Yes. required ang marriage certificate from NSO.. baka pwede nyo ipa'express un kung my kilala kayo pwede mkausap from NSO..

5. I think it depends parin sa officer na maghhawak ng papers nyo. My chance parin syang madenied.

6. Assessment of sponsor is 60 days plus 17 months ang processing kapag nasa Manila na ang papers nyo..

Hope this will help!! :) :)

Hello Mitchay. Call CIC and let them know that your medical is about to expire. Otherwise, they might ask you to undergo another medical examination
