Hi

Ask ko lang po kung paano macontact si cpc-missisauga to update yung employment status ng husband ko (sponsor)?. Nakareceived na kasi kami ng acknowledgment letter with application number. Ano po ba email address nila?

Maraming salamant po sa magrereply.

Jeff

Re: SPOUSE / FAMILY CLASS Sponsorship

Hi, my name is Joy and currently working in Singapore. My husband apply under family class sponsorship for me. My application package has now been submitted to the Mississauga office. Should my husband be eligible to sponsor, could you please let me know where will be the appropriate visa office for processing? Will it be in Singapore or Philippine's Visa office?

Hi. I badly need anyone's help because my passport is in CEM for more than 2 months already.

My husband is in On, CA. Started as a Live In Caregiver. After 2 years he was already eligible to appy for PR. He applied and submitted OUR papers (yes including mine) last August 05, 2015. We applied for the 'express entry' class. They approved our application on September 30, 2015. They asked me to submit my passport to CEM since I am here in Manila. I submitted it last October 20, 2015. They said my husband has to wait for their e-mail I think that is for visa stamping or for granting the PR. Up to this date we haven't received anything from them. Done with my upfront medical and they already received it as per status of our application.

I have 3 questions.

What do you think happened with our papers since express entry assured applicants that it's only for 6 months?

What should I do because I need my passport since I am working in an airline. Is there a way I can pull it out and just send it to them when they really need it for stamping?

THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Happy New Year guys!

Hello good evening to all of you here. I am now here in Canada since June 2014. May tanong lang ako, mayron naba sa inyo here nakapag sponsor na ng sister as a nanny? Gusto ko kasi sponsoran yung sister ko if sakali magka baby ako uli. At paano ang pag process niya. Thank you.

Maligayang Bagong Taon po sa lahat :-)

Napadaan lang 8)

Happy new year sa lahat!

Gaano po ba kadalas pwede lumabas ng Canada ang PR para hindi mawala ang PR status? Pwede bang 1 month per year lang nasa Canada? Salamat po sa makakasagot.

hello po.

magtatanong lang po.
mas madali po ba ang processing pag.dinaan sa agency compared sa hindi?

Kasi mama po nang gf ko is a live-in caregiver, matagal na siya dun.
tas 2010 pa sila nag.apply, kaso hanggan yun, di parin sila nakakalipad.

salamat po sa sasagot.

Hi. Sabi sa CIC website na you must live in Canada for at least 2 years in a 5 year period mo.. and also, kapag nag-apply ka ng citizenship, you must have been physically present in Canada for at least 1,460 days or 4 years in a 6 year period mo. Hope this will help. :) :)
