hi to all, i hope someone can answer my question, and sorry if its off topic, whoelse here applied for a tourist visa and got approved before applying for a spousal sponsorship? planning to apply for a trv muna sana then tsaka na lang ang spousal sponsorship. thanks in advance.

Hi Madzcris08, you can try applying for TRV online, as long as you can fully support or contest the usual RED FlAG for travellers. Importante ang Travel history or previous visits in Asia or anywhere else plus return flight record, your ample amt of money ( salary and savings) plus property in pinas, it also helps if you have some socio-civic involvement in the community to prove your ties not just family but community as well., your request date of travel and purpose of TRV. Itirenary of your travel plan. Employment record sa pinas. Etc...
Mas mabilis na Naman ata ang waiting time to apply.
Thoroughly examine your docs and answer question honestly. Pray more that it will be given to you accordingly.

Hi sis...before my hubby and I planned to apply also for trv and later na lng sana Yung spousal sponsorship.But then our consultant officer adviced us to apply derecho for spousal na Kc malaking chance daw ma denied for the reason that the immigration officer will question you why applying trv when your sponsor can apply for spousal visa since you're married na. I suggest na apply kayo ng spousal sponsorship.anyways you can apply nman for trv while your application is on going. Pero, ikaw pa rin ang Pde Mag decide kung anong gusto nyo gawin. Goodluck!

Nag emailed ang misis ko sa MP na sumasakop sa kanya. Nag-reply naman ng parang acknowledgement yung secretary kinabukasan. Sumunod na 2 days nakapag-inquire na sa CIC. In good standing naman daw ang application ko. Checking for eligibility daw ang ginagawa ngayon at 16 months ang processing sa Manila kaya hintay lang daw hanggang Nov 2016 huhu. Same info lang din na nasa GCMS notes na kakatanggap lang ngayon.

Thanks sa reply. Im worried kasi its been over a week and we havemt heard from the mp. Gusto ko sanang i ffup kasi magexpire na medical ng hubby ko next month. Pero sana mkareceive mg good news asap from cem.

3. Ano ang usual grounds para madeny ang application?
4. May chance ba na i-expedite ang processing if buntis ang sponsor at wala syang kamag-anak sa Canada na makakaalalay sa panganganak nya?

1. As long as the sponsor is not in EI. There is no minimum required income.
2. Sure
3. Not enough proof of relationship status. Lying about the information you sent them. Criminal records etc...
4. I've seen people here who got their application expedited by sending CEM an email saying they just gave birth. CEM ask for the birth certificate and once provided they got Decision made ASAP.

Hi! It's automatic! once you're done with the Immigration at the airport , the Immigration officer will apply the PR card for you.
