Hi guys, to those who just recently submitted their applications, did you include Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] even if walang representative? I read kasi in another topic dito sa forum na there was someone na binalik yung application niya kasi wala yung form na yun. E wala naman kasi kaming representative, no children and no dependents. Isasama pa ba yun? Hope someone will answer this. Thank you

Hi! You dont need to include this form. Para lang po sya sa mga may agents/lawyers who handle their applications.

Hi po, hope i get some answer here, i have 2 dependents in the philippines my question is if i applied for spousal sponsorship here in canada but my dependents will not accompanying for now do they need medical examination up front or can i wait for cic request? And another question is anyone here familiar with IMM 5401? Do i need to order 2 since i have 2 application like spousal and owp? TIA

Hi guys, my partner and I just got married last week. We're putting together our sponsorship application now. Since we've been on a long distance relationship since got together although umuuwi siya every year, medyo makapal yung proof of communication namin. Around 600+ pages we were wondering how to send it all together with the documents. Would it be okay to put it sa parang envelope bag? Hope someone can answer this. Thanks!

Yung husband ko na nasa philippines, sinend nya ung mga docs nya sakin thru DHL.. then ako, sinend ko ung applications at supporting documents sa immigration dito sa canada thru Canada Post.. sinend ko na sa kanila lahat ng pwede kong isend as a proof.. I don't care kung gano kdami or kabigat sya..

Hello good day to everyone, i would like to share na me and my husband submiitted our application last september 19, 2015,,and yesterday november 05,2015 he received an email from CIC that they already received our application and meron na kami UCI number. Un na po ba ang simula ng isa nanamang mahabang paghihintay???

Hello po tanong ko lng kasi po may ako anak dyan sa pinas single parent po ako mag apply na kami for spousal sponsorship ang problema kailangan pa ba ng sulat ng tatay ?Di ko na alam kung nasaan tsaka di nman nakalagay sa birth certificate yung name nya and di kami nagsama or kasal.hope may makuha ako info dito.TIA
