Hi bubbly. I emailed CEM as well, advising them na mageexpire na medical ng spouse ko soon. I also asked them kung need na mag undergo ng another medical exam. I will let you know pag may response na. Sana lang magreply sila.

Hi There Guys,

Maybe anyone here could give me an advise.
We just submitted our application for spouse sponsorship last July 2015.
And I already received an email from immigration office here in Canada saying that I am approved to sponsor my partner from the Philippines,
and they already forwarded our application to Canada Embassy Manila for further processing.

My question is can I have a vacation in the Philippines for a month?
so that i can spend more time with my family there and my partner?

yes you can do that.. don't worry too much sis. ako sa december uuwi to spend christmas with them.

nag consult kasi ako dati sa immigration lawyer, ang advise sken is never leave canada while in process,,
kelan pa kau ng submit ng application nyu? at ano na status?

I don't see a reason why it would affect the application. Approved na ang application ko to sponsor my spouse. Ang hinihintay lang is ung result ng application ng husband ko. Sinabi ba sayo ng immigration lawyer kung ano daw pwede mangyri if you leave the country? Feb kame nagpass. In process since Aug 7.

Janix, PR ka ba or Canadian Citizen? I read some post na pag PR, it is better not to leave Canada during the sponsorship process. Cdn citizen ako so I think oks lang umuwi sa Dec. Here's CiC's #: 1-888-242-2100

PR lang ako dito,..
yun nga din ung sabi ng iba, pag PR ka at umalis ka ng canada for more than 3 weeks pwedeng ma question un ng immigration officer.

Hi! My husband sent our application package today, Oct. 6, 2015 (MNL). I am keeping my fingers crossed until we get a correspondence from CPC-M. ;D

I have been reading threads. I just wanna know on whether there has been a difference on the timeline for 2013, 2014 and 2015. My husband made me quit my job for some few months now. I am bored and I miss him.

Hi Sis! Same tayo kakaquit ko lang ng work. lol. Na send na sana namin yung application but we are waiting for the ORIGINAL OPTION C pa. Tsk tsk 6-10 business pa pala makukuha. Election pa nila sa Canada this November 16- so I don't know if itll affect all the immigration application. Kung meron, sana mapabilis naman na! Hehe Goodluck sa application natin!

Under my husband PR application.in process then "we started processing your application on oct 1" sa visa office manila. How long before we recieve any request for additonal requirements and for DM? But then we recieved an email as well that they already recieved the medical.july applicant here
